Your initial responsibilities as a customer sales & service representative:

• develop new customer accounts to increase revenue
• work directly with customers to discuss and support their needs
• conduct client visits with new and existing customers
• educate and engage with our clients
• create and submit sales reports
• utilize the best technology the industry can offer like Salesforce for better customer service and sales presentations
• evaluating each client's needs, and negotiating successful deals
• work directly with the management team on individual training and development
• increase customer satisfaction
• assists in training or mentoring of associates
• position will interact directly with customers, and all levels of management
