We are currently expanding our Customer Services team and seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Coordinator to build and maintain customer relationships by resolving complaints and queries, providing regular updates on company performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position based at our modern Head Office, conveniently located near J28 of the M1 and close to the A38.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally and promptly.
- Update and maintain customer databases as required.
- Identify improvements in the Customer Relationship journey to enhance overall customer experience.
- Manage incoming telephone and email inquiries daily.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Strong communication skills to liaise professionally and courteously with customers.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Computer literacy; SAP experience is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple work streams, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
