Customer Relations Specialist to join a high-performing team supporting a major customer care systems transformation project. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping customers, and have a sharp eye for compliance and detail, this could be your next big move.
What You'll Do: - Support a high-visibility Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) migration project
- Handle inbound/outbound customer service calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve sensitive, complex customer inquiries with poise and precision
- Draft detailed reports and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage multiple accounts with accuracy and care
- Collaborate with a team of 10-15 professionals committed to customer success
What You Bring: - 2-3 years of utility customer service experience (required)
- Experience in regulatory compliance, outbound customer engagement, and reconciliations
- Strong writing/reporting skills - this is a must-have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- BA/BS preferred (or 3-5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
Schedule & Work Model: - Hybrid Role - Must be able to work on-site 3-4 days/week (Tues-Thurs, after initial ramp-up)
- First 3-6 weeks 100% on-site in Philadelphia, PA
- Standard hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Pay Details: $26.10 to $29.70 per hour
