Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Be the connection between the community and our clients through in person communication and sales initiatives
- Engage in all team meetings and training sessions while being supportive of client's needs
- Must feel comfortable in a face-to-face and high-volume customer environment. This position does not include cold calling or digital sales
- Use the best sales skills to open and close accounts
- Make a lasting impact on customers and make sure they leave the interaction with a positive experience
- Explaining the advantages and functions of products, method of preparation, and how to use them to achieve the best results
