As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll play a key role in representing our clients' products and services directly to customers in a variety of settings. Whether it's assisting customers with their telecommunications needs, offering tailored solutions, or ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish, your role will be critical in maintaining the trusted relationships that drive our success.

Responsibilities of a Customer Relations Representative:
  • Engage in all team meetings, round tables, and training sessions while being supportive of management's needs
  • Be the connection between the community and our Sales and Customer Service team
  • Must feel comfortable in a face-to-face and high-volume customer environment. This position does not include cold calling or digital sales
  • Responsible for using their best sales skills to open and close accounts.
  • Make a lasting impact on customers and make sure they leave the interaction with a positive experience.
  • Explaining the advantages and functions of products, method of preparation, and how to use them to achieve the best results.

Qualifications and Education Needed:

  • Outgoing personality, approachable persona, and a great reputation
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting successfully
