As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Adalie Allen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain client records and update information as needed.
  • Taking detailed notes and following processes
  • Retaining current customers by providing excellent customer service
  • Working with our team to achieve common goals and grown the agency
  • Claims submission
  • Billing Clarification
DESIRED ABILITIES:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

  • Property & Casualty License (Must be able to obtain)
