Armas Pharmaceuticals is proud to offer this new role, Customer Relations Associate. While the primary focus of this role will be to support customer and vendor relations, the position will also provide an opportunity to learn all business processes and operations by holding responsibilities that touch multiple departments. This role will require a multifaceted individual eager to learn and work in a team atmosphere. Someone who excels at relationship building, communication, and problem solving will flourish.

This role will report to the Vice President of Marketing & Operations. Enhancing our customers experience while working with Armas is the goal for the Customer Relations Associate. Swift, prompt, thorough communication is the standard at Armas, and the expectation for this role. Pharmaceutical experience is not required - someone with the right work ethic and attitude will quickly pick up the skills and knowledge needed through training with our knowledgeable team at Armas.


Customer Service Support

  • To be assigned a strategic set of National and Regional Customers. Ex.
  • Amerisource/Walgreens/Assigned Hospital Systems/Regional Distributors
  • Work closely with sales team and assigned rep to ensure products are launched timely and product is continually replenished
  • Manage inquiries from Armas customer base which could include:
  • Requests for purchase order tracking information
  • Provide copies of invoices
  • Item availability
  • Provide back-up and cross coverage with the two customer relations specialist on staff
  • Light travel to 1-2 National Trade Shows per year. In addition, travel to assigned wholesaler, retailer & retail purchasing group every 12-18 months.
  • Coordinate the processing of Customer Purchase Orders with Third Party Logistics company
  • Manage all customer shipping discrepancies and claims
  • Coordinate all customer returns and crediting process
  • Manage all report communications: Back Order, Availability, and Shipping Reports

Sales Operations Responsibilities

  • Assist sales team with recording market data for current and future product reviews
  • Support all new customer and supplier set ups by completing and communicating necessary documents
  • Assist VP of Marketing with company marketing efforts including industry events, company occasions, coordination of promotional materials

  • Technical skills- SQL, Power BI, etc.
  • Financial understanding
  • Data and Analytics

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Team Player
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Skilled organizer and problem solver
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
