Customer Quality Engineer (night shift)
Mission: Serve customers in their requirements, giving feedback to Metalsa track approvals on reports, complaints, and suggestions for improvement. Responsible for reviewing and validating quality of the finished products at Toledo North Assembly Plant.
Responsibilities
- Chassis inspection, containments and clean points.
- Customer service complaints. Investigate and check processes.
- Prepare and send daily reports.
- Communicate feedback on the manufacturing process in cases of adjustment or improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive industry, in quality area
- Technical skills: knowledge of manufacturing processes. GD&T, metrology knowledge, measuring equipment ability.
- Availability to work night shifts
