What you can do for us: - Handle incoming sales calls and direct to appropriate team members, as necessary.
- Post sale order quotes, support all aspects of sales deals and assist Sales Account Managers.
- Proactively work with our ticketing system to ensure each tier is being met with their equivalent service level agreement (SLA).
- Be the primary point of contact for customers regarding receipt of POs, missing information, lead times, order confirmation, order status (including RMAs).
- Review monthly subscriptions for accuracy prior to invoicing and match invoices to quotes upon receipt.
- Validate and approve licensing requests.
- Lead meetings to ensure information share and cross training.
- Meet with team members weekly to discuss current or upcoming projects, achievements, or challenges.
- Meet with Sales members monthly to discuss current or upcoming projects.
- Champion a customer-centric approach across the team and organization, driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
What you need to succeed: - 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role; customer service, sales operations
- 3 years of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisory role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Salesforce Experience preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS subscriptions preferred.
- Microsoft Great Plains experience preferred.
- Experience with Billing is a plus.
- Experience in the Oil/Gas industry or Cathodic Protection is a plus.
