As the Customer Onboarding Specialist, your main responsibilities will be to guide our customers through the post-sales process of a product. You will ensure that the customer understands what is included in their sale, emphasizing the total value that they will receive. You will facilitate their registration with the appropriate systems, and ultimately, this position will assist in improving the customer experience and retention. There is some travel required for this position, whether it is to customer trade shows or to go onsite to assist our new customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process, providing support and guidance on digital platforms.
- Completes customer registrations to validate users to enable customers to transact and improve their digital experience.
- Review reporting on onboarding statistics including customer activation and sales.
- Instruct users on how to use the digital suite, decisions that can be made using the data, where there are efficiencies and user interfaces.
- Promote and advise customers on digital products to best fit needs by accompanying sales staff on customer visits.
- Assist with the process of registering machine telemetry devices and customer accounts.
Qualifications: - Two-year or four-year related degree or equivalent experience and training required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Knowledge of the Ag and Heavy equipment industry preferred
- Tableau reporting and navigating experience preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Microsoft Suite experience preferred
- Must have good leadership, detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
- Must possess a clean driving record
