What You'll Do
As a Customer Onboarding Manger, you'll be the primary point of contact for onboarding new customers, driving adoption, and ensuring they get maximum value from ReferPro.
Onboarding & Implementation
- Guide new customers through setup and onboarding, ensuring a seamless launch.
- Customize referral programs to fit each business's needs.
- Train users on how to use ReferPro effectively.
Product Expertise & Customer Insights
- Collect feedback to improve product features and customer experience.
- Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Help refine customer success processes as we scale.
What We're Looking For
- Ideally some experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Account Management, or Support (preferably in SaaS).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills-you enjoy helping customers succeed.
- Experience with or ability to learn Hubspot, Monday, and set up customer integrations.
- A proactive, detail and process oriented attitude.
- The ability to work cross functionally with sales and product teams.
