Customer Marketing Content Coordinator
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
You are a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Marketing Content Operations Specialist to join our Customer Marketing team. This role will play a key part in coordinating and publishing customer marketing assets, managing content workflows, collaborating cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams, and maintaining content systems and metadata. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B software, content coordination, and customer advocacy programs, with a strong grasp of the ManTech landscape.
This position pays: $45.00 to $48.00 per hour
What you will be doing:
- Content Operations: Manage elements of the content publishing process for customer assets (case studies, quotes, videos, one-pagers).
- Pipeline Planning: Support weekly customer story pipeline planning meetings, document progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Creative Partnership: Coordinate asset submissions and reviews with the Creative team, ensuring clarity of requirements and delivery timelines.
- Pre-Publication Preparation: Prep final content for publication, ensuring metadata accuracy and proper formatting.
- Case Study Publication: Own content entry and publishing in CMS platforms like Contentful, moving stories through QA and approval stages.
- Testimonial Mining: Regularly review customer proof platforms (e.g., G2, Vouch) to identify and surface quality customer content for enablement.
- Content Quality Maintenance: Audit and update existing customer assets, aligning content with go-to-market (GTM) priorities and product changes.
- Contract Tracking: Manage customer reference agreements using platforms like Ironclad and maintain an organized contract database.
What you bring:
- 3-5 years in content coordination, creative operations, or content scheduling.
- Background in customer marketing or customer-facing teams, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with content systems like Contentful, Webflow, and Orange Logic.
- Proficiency with tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across several content workstreams.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and problem-solving approach.
- Understanding of sales enablement content usage in the B2B buying journey.
- Experience with customer testimonial tools (e.g., Deeto, Vocal Video, Peer Insights).
