Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Marketing Associate to support the execution and project management of key customer marketing initiatives. In this role, you will maintain the customer marketing calendar, oversee communications, and manage campaigns aimed at driving retention, engagement, advocacy, and expansion. This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated marketer with strong project management skills and a passion for customer-centric programs.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Communications Management: Oversee and execute newsletters, surveys, nurture workflows, event updates, and expansion campaigns to enhance engagement.
  • Advocacy Content Development: Manage the creation of new customer advocacy materials, maintaining an updated catalog of reviews, references, referrals, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Project Management & Execution: Monitor and execute customer marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives align with broader marketing strategies.
  • Content Implementation: Support product education and engagement campaigns via emails, in-app notices, product highlights, and maintain an organized library of customer communication templates for internal teams.
  • Event Logistics & Coordination: Work collaboratively across teams to support logistics for virtual and in-person events such as webinars, roadshows, workshops, and lunch & learns.
  • Process Standardization: Develop and refine project briefs and templates to streamline customer marketing workflows.
  • Data & Analytics Requests: Request and review reporting insights to measure success and improve customer marketing programs, ensuring alignment with campaign budgets and resources.
About You
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented thinker with strong time management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management expertise with the ability to drive execution across teams.
  • 1+ years of marketing experience.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, content management systems, and webinar tools such as Wrike, Asana, GoToWebinar, Hubspot, Marketo, Jeto, or Salesforce.
