About the Role
We're looking for a charismatic, energetic, and customer-focused leader to host Pressed Flower Workshops and manage our retail floor. You'll be responsible for engaging with guests, leading workshops, handling sales transactions, and ensuring every visitor has an amazing experience.
Part-Time
What You'll Do
Workshop Hosting:
• Lead or assist in fun, interactive Pressed Flower Workshops
• Help guests choose frames and flowers for their artwork
• Guide them through placement and gluing techniques
• Frame their finished pieces for a polished, take-home look
Additional Responsibilities:
• Capture guest experiences for social media
• Assist with sales, marketing, and guest support tasks
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
What You Bring
Must-Have:
• Reliable transportation to our SLC location
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice to Have:
• Associate's degree or higher
• 1+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
Compensation & Perks
$ Estimated total earnings: $15-$20/hour with (base + tips + bonuses)
