The
Customer Experience Team Member at R & R serves as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires proactive communication to address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive customer experience. The Customer Experience Team Member is responsible for processing orders, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to meet service goals. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to upholding R & R's values of reliability and excellence in customer care.
Responsibilities:
• Handling customer calls to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Schedule service/maintenance appointments.
• Providing fast, friendly, and fun customer service to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
• Experience with Service Titan's platform.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to deescalate if needed and build trust.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and able to accurately process transactions.
• Ability to establish a high level of trust and credibility in the organization.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of accountability within a collaborative team environment.
• Critical thinker with strong analytical skill set.
• Display a high level of professionalism with a customer service mindset.
• Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to: MS Word, Excel and database programs.
• High school or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience

$20-$22/Hourly DOE
