Customer Experience Specialist

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00/hour

Are you a customer service pro ready to make an impact? We're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our sales team. In this key role, you'll ensure our customers have a seamless experience, from order to delivery, by managing communication and coordinating with internal teams.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Be the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through the manufacturing process.
  • Manage item numbers, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and customer orders in our ERP system.
  • Proactively communicate order updates, production dates, and any potential delays.
  • Align product requirements with customers and share information with internal teams.
  • Help us achieve high customer satisfaction (NPS score above 50).
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely and quality order fulfillment.
  • Continuously identify ways to improve customer service and support sales initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or higher degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales is a plus.
  • Tech Savvy:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • 1-3 years of experience with order processing systems.
    • Familiarity with Google Docs or similar tools.
    • CRM system experience is a bonus.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.
    • Proactive problem-solver with a sense of urgency.
