We're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our sales team. In this key role, you'll ensure our customers have a seamless experience, from order to delivery, by managing communication and coordinating with internal teams.
Your Day-to-Day: - Be the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through the manufacturing process.
- Manage item numbers, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and customer orders in our ERP system.
- Proactively communicate order updates, production dates, and any potential delays.
- Align product requirements with customers and share information with internal teams.
- Help us achieve high customer satisfaction (NPS score above 50).
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely and quality order fulfillment.
- Continuously identify ways to improve customer service and support sales initiatives.
What You'll Bring: - Experience: 1-3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in manufacturing or supply chain.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or higher degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales is a plus.
- Tech Savvy:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 1-3 years of experience with order processing systems.
- Familiarity with Google Docs or similar tools.
- CRM system experience is a bonus.
