Job Description:
SIOS Technology Corp. is seeking talented Customer Experience Interns to join our fast-paced, agile and fun CX team at the R&D office located on the University of South Carolina campus (Columbia, SC). Under supervision, you will:
- Provide day-to-day support to customers with valid support contracts to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported.
- Enter issues into the Help Desk system, and update status as it changes.
- Update and maintain self-service documentation on common fixes.
- Work on special projects as assigned by the team or management
- Work with multiple teams to review and update training materials and create sustainable online courses via a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Small code/coding tasks (web, scripting, API integration)

Eligibility for Internship:
- Currently enrolled in college or university pursuing Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in computer science, math, or related discipline.
- You are planning to return to school for the fall semester in 2025 (at least a junior-year level).
- You live in an area where you can drive to our R&D office located in Columbia, SC.
Where do you work?
- You can work from your home or our office in Columbia, SC (on the UofSC campus). However, you will be asked to come to the office from time to time for meetings.
