Customer Experience Specialist

Location: Hampton Bays, NY

Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $25 - $28 per hour


We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist with pool industry experience to support our Customer Experience (CXM) Manager in delivering exceptional service to our high-end clientele. As the direct support to the CXM, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer journey and ensuring each client interaction is aligned with our luxury brand standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and brand loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, ensuring that their experience exceeds expectations. Use empathy and excellent communication skills to create personalized interactions.
  • Experience Delivery: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery that reflects our luxury brand values. Identify areas of improvement and advocate for stronger customer experiences.
  • Feedback Implementation: Gather and analyze client feedback, driving continuous improvement by working with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and customer loyalty to the brand.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain the highest service standards, ensuring every client feels valued and prioritized in every interaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Collaborate with the CXM to track and improve key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and overall experience.

Qualifications:

  • Pool Industry Experience is required-no exceptions
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement and relationship-building
  • Ability to understand and address client needs with empathy and efficiency
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury or service-focused industry
  • A passion for delivering high-quality service and contributing to an outstanding customer experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
