Job Purpose The
Customer Experience Coordinator will provide exceptional customer support to both internal and external clients by leveraging an in-depth understanding of PAG's products and services. Ideal candidates will enjoy and have experience relevant to:
- Sales support functions
- Phone based customer support
- Computer based order processing
- Complex product lists
- Receiving and resolving customer questions and concerns
- Maintaining customer database and history
- Producing reports
Job Duties and Responsibilities - Communicate with customers regularly (weekly/daily) for updates on in-progress jobs via phone or email.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to jobs and quotes promptly.
- Manage customer quote approvals, re-quoting as necessary, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with production, shipping, warehouse, and common carriers to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
- Ensure quotes are processed efficiently and within defined timeframes.
Essential Job Functions - Collaborate effectively with other departments and individuals within the organization.

- Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use basic math
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.

- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to summarize data and trends clearly
- Ability to work overtime, shift/weekends when needed
- Possess knowledge of the aviation industry and airline Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes.
Working Conditions - Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods, frequent walking, bending, and reaching. Occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds. Repetitive hand movement, eye-hand coordination, and manual dexterity required. Corrected vision and hearing to normal range necessary.

Experience - A minimum of 3 years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in the aviation industry.
