  • Overall experience of about 14-20 years in Automotive / Industrial / Manufacturing industry in customer experience strategy consulting and transformation.
  • Should have worked on or been a part of large business transformation initiatives with respect to web content, portals, digital marketing, commerce, CRM and service.
  • Advise leading global manufacturing clients on CRM, Sales and Service processes in automotive and industrial equipment companies.
  • Execute breakthrough domain consulting engagements. Support in entire sales cycle - business development, proposal development, pre-sales etc
  • Develop use cases and guide technical teams for POC / solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions before handing over to customers
  • Publish thought leadership papers based on advisory work, study of industry and technology trends, participate in leading industry forums (technology)
  • Experience in working with key technologies ( Adobe, Sitecore, Salesforce, SAP, Pega, Oracle, MS Dynamics 365) in sales, CRM, marketing and service areas
  • Experience in web content management, commerce, CRM, Marketing and Service initiatives
  • Experience in consulting and transformation engagements
  • Knowledge of various content management, Marketing and CRM technologies
