As we expand our reach in the Jacksonville market, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Enrollment Representative to support both our customer service and sales functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relations, sales, and communication-with plenty of room for upward mobility.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective business customers, addressing questions and providing clear information about our clients' products and services
  • Conduct engaging presentations to introduce service options and secure new customer enrollments
  • Assist customers through every step of the enrollment process, including paperwork, approvals, and follow-ups
  • Partner with the sales team to identify and follow up with new leads
  • Maintain a working knowledge of client offerings to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Use CRM software to document customer interactions, track progress, and maintain data accuracy
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication, and sales techniques
  • Meet and exceed individual and team enrollment goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to enrolled customer
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required; college education is a plus
  • No prior experience necessary-full training is provided
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Energetic, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple priorities
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM platforms is a bonus
