Main Job Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate:

Manage the end-to-end enrollment process for new customers in the Tampa area, ensuring compliance with all applicable and regulatory guidelines.

Receive, review, and process incoming enrollment applications, verifying the accuracy and completeness of all required documentation and information.

Conduct thorough verification of customer data, including personal information, service address, and eligibility for specific residential promotions or plans, using established verification procedures and systems.

Communicate with prospective Residential customers to request missing or incomplete information, clarify details, and provide guidance on completing the enrollment process correctly.

Accurately enter customer data into relevant databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and adherence to data privacy standards, and maintaining organized digital and/or physical records of all enrollment documents.

Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in enrollment applications, working with internal teams and representatives to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

Prepare and generate enrollment confirmation materials, welcome packages, and other necessary documentation for new customers, ensuring they receive all the information needed to begin their service.

Stay up-to-date on enrollment policies, procedures, and any changes in regulations or service offerings, and ensure all enrollment activities comply with the latest guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications for the Customer Enrollment Associate:

High School diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework or an Associate's degree is preferred.

Experienced in customer service, data entry, or administrative support, ideally in telecommunications, with a strong record of accuracy and managing detailed processes.

Experienced in high-volume customer interaction and data entry, delivering precise and timely support. Preference for candidates with service enrollment experience.
