Customer Engineer Req

Requirements: Associates degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field, and 2 years of experience in any occupation where customer engineering or related experience in the semiconductor industry was gained. Experience or coursework must include: 1. Knowledge of Physical vapor deposition process and hardware troubleshooting expertise 2. Knowledge of Chemical vapor deposition process and hardware troubleshooting 3. Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics 4. Microsoft Office suite including Word, and PowerPoint 5. Knowledge of excel including ability to create pivot tables, pareto charts, and create unique formulas in order to analyze system data to support troubleshooting issues. 6. Mechanical aptitude 7. Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum or thermodynamics 8.
