Customer Engineer Req

Requirements: Associates degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Engineering Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in any occupation which customer engineering or related experience in semiconductor industry was gained. Alternately, employer will accept 6 years of experience in any occupation which customer engineering or related experience in semiconductor industry was gained. Experience or coursework must include: 1. Understanding semiconductor manufacturing processes 2. Knowledge of CVD technology 3. Analyzing HARP & PEHARP process chamber issues including heater resistance, bipolar power issues, heater crack issues, and provide corrective and preventive action (CAPA) tasks. 4. Hands tools and calibration equipment including socket wrenches, allen wrenches, Multimeters, specialized leveling equipment used to level pedestals and process kits, Helium leak check equipment 5. System hardware and software include windows-based programs: Excel, Power Point, and Word 6. Knowledge of pneumatics, electrical components, and mechanical hardware 7.
