Title: Customer Engineer

Description:

• We are looking for a Customer Engineer to join a team focused on designing and enhancing data integration processes.

• In this role, you will create and maintain data pipelines and integration tools, aiming to help customers efficiently connect their data to a digital platform.

• This position blends hands-on software development with a strong focus on improving internal tools and reusable integration templates.

• An ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of experience in software development and data systems, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to solving integration challenges.

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of professional experience in software engineering, with an emphasis on data and systems integration.

• Proficient in general-purpose programming languages with full-stack capability.

• Familiarity with building and maintaining data pipelines, APIs, databases, and deploying on cloud platforms.

• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and support.

Desired Skills:

• Background in customer-focused engineering roles, such as Solutions Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer, that require both coding and customer interaction.

• Experience at organizations with a strong data focus.

• Demonstrated ability to work on internal tooling or process automation projects.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in working near revenue-generating operations and client outcomes.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $140000K-$200000K
