Pay Rate: $18 - 19 hourly

Location: Mentor, OH 44060
Schedule: Full-Time 9:00AM - 5:00PM, M-F

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers with product inquiries, sales orders, and service solutions.
• Process orders accurately from direct sales, in-house programs, and company retail markets.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams regarding order concerns.
• Support the outside sales team and help manage customer relationships.
• Engage in sales initiatives, including cold calling, account follow-ups, and CRM documentation.
• Collaborate with purchasing and leadership teams to coordinate product targets and orders.
• Assist with retail store operations and seasonal customer engagement when needed.

What You Need:

• 2+ years of experience in food service, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Tech-savvy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and order processing tools.
• Experience with social media and content creation is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Passion for food - Ability to discuss cooking ideas and product uses (no seafood allergies).
• Team player who enjoys problem-solving and working collaboratively.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with occasional exposure to warehouse and cold storage environments.
• Flexibility to adjust schedules during peak seasonal periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
