The Customer Data Platform Engineer & Consultant works alongside a CDP Platform Architect on all aspects of implementation and strategy support of Customer Data Platform client engagements. This is a technically advanced role for individuals with experience with CDP marketing technology integration and data integrations including data movement between disparate systems/platforms. This role is an individual contributor role, is customer-facing, requires hands-on-keyboard, and the ability to work across multiple clients at the same time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide seamless integration of the CDP with applications, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools and other components of the MarTech ecosystem
- Develop solutions to integrate various data sources including customer profile data, real-time event data, and data science models to the CDP for the development of audience segmentation to drive personalized experiences
- Design & implement data modeling, attribute mapping and data integrations across disparate platforms
- Technical troubleshooting and data analysis, while providing creative solutions to unique situations
- Lead implementation tasks and oversee client progress while providing project status to internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to application and integration failures
- Engage directly with client technical teams while collaborating with internal terms during all phases of an implementation
- Thorough documentation of implementation efforts
- Cloud storage administrations and data movement using ADLS, AWS S3 and/or GCP
- Highly motivated professional capable of working autonomously
- API and Webhook development and integration experience+
- Assist in the documentation and development of packages and data kits that will be monetized as out-of-the-box use case solutions for CDP implementations
- Engage in QA for a variety of implementation strategies
