Audi of Nashua, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for an individual to join our sales team as a Customer Concierge.

Pay rate - $20-22 depending on experience

Schedule includes 4 weekdays plus Saturdays, totaling 40 hours

What you will do:

• Answer calls and checking customers in/out
• Product presentation and explanation, done by working with Sales Managers to keep clients in the showroom engaged and
• Work with customers answering their product questions, performing demonstrations of features and vehicle electronics
• Deliver sold vehicles to customers with each salesperson
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the sales + service manager

Requirements

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Be 18 or older and possess a valid driver license and clean driving record
• Be technologically savvy
• Be dependable, care about attendance, and being on time for client deliveries
• Strong customer service skills; enjoy interacting with clients
• Ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner verbally and written
• Be able to work Saturdays
• Desire to advance your career
• Ability to drive a manual shift - a plus but not required

Salary Description
