Shift details:-Flexibility to work any shift. Current hours of operation are between the hours of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM time M-F.
Position type:- 3 to 6 months of contract to hire, performance-based extension, or conversion

Responsibilities:- - Providing customer service to rental car customers by addressing inquiries, payments, or toll violations in a professional and friendly manner.
- Utilizing tools and resources to resolve customer concerns accurately and efficiently.
- Recording clear and concise notes on customer accounts.
- Meeting performance metrics, including efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, and attendance.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.
Qualifications - Spanish Bilingual is mandatory
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate between applications and use Microsoft Office.
