Overview: As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to connect with a diverse range of customers and provide essential financial solutions. Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Accurately review, validate, and process customer transactions including check cashing, money transfers, and payments.
- Proactively offer personalized financial services tailored to customer needs.
- Input and update customer information into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system with precision.
- Drive new business by participating in inbound and outbound call campaigns.
- Support customer account management and collections, including payment acceptance and appointment scheduling.
- Ensure both internal and external store presentation meets cleanliness standards to enhance customer experience.
- Follow office security protocols, and perform opening and closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about evolving products and processes.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet performance standards.
- Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends, with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with phones, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other related systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- Background check required, conducted in accordance with applicable law.
- Physical requirements include standing for long periods, moving around the store, lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls like a keyboard.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills: - Associate degree or higher.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be necessary for certain roles.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for work (mileage compensated).
