Adecco is looking for a dedicated Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions. You will work closely with various teams to deliver exceptional service and contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Provide proactive customer care and consultancy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process and enter customer orders into the operational system efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints, working to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Support the development and maintenance of customer relationships.
- Collaborate with branch and area management as well as Sea Logistics operations to enhance the customer experience.
- Help minimize costs and avoid internal service failures.
- Gain proficiency in key systems related to customer care and operations.
- Onboard customers by integrating their requirements into the operational system.
- Maintain and update customer data in the system.
- Review and refine customer reports generated from internal systems.
- Follow up on initial orders and document customer feedback.
- Participate in team-based activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Continuously pursue opportunities for personal and professional development.
Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, ideally in Sea Logistics.
- Knowledge of internal systems and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and assist with various tasks within the team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A customer-focused, proactive attitude.
- Ability to grow within the team and take on more responsibilities over time.
Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
