Customer Care Specialist

Are you a licensed insurance professional who loves helping people and making a real difference? The Cindi A Johnson Agency Inc, an American Family Insurance agency in Longmont, CO, is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our clients-offering support, solutions, and peace of mind. You'll provide exceptional service while helping policyholders understand their coverage and explore additional protection that fits their needs.

What You'll Do

Deliver friendly, knowledgeable support to customers by phone, email, and in person

Answer policy and coverage questions, process changes, and resolve billing or service issues

Help customers stay protected by identifying opportunities to cross-sell insurance products

Support retention and renewal efforts through proactive, ongoing communication

Maintain accurate client records and stay current on product knowledge

Collaborate closely with team members and the agency owner to provide seamless service

What You Bring

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)

Experience in customer service or insurance is a plus

Willingness to obtain a Life Insurance license (we'll support you.)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability

A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine desire to help others
