Customer Service Specialist
Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service and making a real difference in people's lives? Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist, where you'll work one-on-one with travelers who rely on mobility equipment. You'll be their advocate, handling damage claims from start to finish with compassion and efficiency.
What You'll Do:

White Glove Service: Deliver A-Z customer service, ensuring every traveler feels cared for.
Outbound Calls: Reach out to customers to address their needs and provide support.
Handle Upset Customers: Manage situations with empathy and patience, even when customers are irate.
Think Outside the Box: Use critical thinking to find innovative solutions for unique challenges.
Situational Care: Adapt your approach to each customer's specific needs, providing personalized care.
Empathy and Support: Work closely with technicians, airline staff, and travelers to resolve issues cost-effectively and compassionately.
Company Culture: Thrive in a supportive environment where management values your contributions.
Manage Multiple Cases: Handle 40-50 customers at a time, speaking with them every 2-3 days to ensure excellent care.
Autonomy: Manage your customers as you see fit, with the freedom to make decisions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must Have:

Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: 1-2 years of work experience.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency.
Customer Service: Experience in a non-call center environment.
Nice to Have:

Case Work Experience: Previous experience managing cases.
Confidence: Ability to exude confidence over the phone.
Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone manners and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
