This is an in person position. This is a full-time, in-person position. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, and the pay range is $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience. Full benefits (health, dental, vision), 401k, unlimited PTO.
The Job: - Support daily operations and help maintain a positive work environment
- Collaborate with management and staff to align on tasks and priorities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers, clients, and drivers as needs arise
- Assist in getting orders claimed in a timely basis
- Assist drivers on routes with real-time questions or issues
What We're Looking For:- Previous management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take direction, provide feedback, and handle changes with flexibility
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to navigate your way around a computer
