Wolf Motors is currently seeking a dedicated individual fluent in email, text, and phone handling able to answer customer inquiries and be the voice of our dealerships. Wolf Motors represents the Ford brand in and around the Jordan MN area, and is proud to have received the highest amount of Customer Satisfaction Awards in a 5 state region compared to all other Ford dealers.
The appropriate candidate must be able to handle inbound email/phone inquiries and follow up with all sales and service guests after they've visited. Your goal is to serve our online shoppers to the best of your ability as well as enhance the Wolf Motors experience throughout the customer's research and purchase process.
Responsibilities include: Inbound sales call handling, responding back to inbound Internet opportunities, setting appointments on behalf of the sales teams, answering consumers' inquiries proficiently, and making outbound customer relations calls to dealership visitors.
This full-time position would be perfect for a recent college graduate who is knowledgeable of new media, has personality on the phone and is an online entrepreneur looking for a position in customer service, marketing, and sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Online sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- This position requires a high activity level to develop the necessary knowledge and relationships that will be important to the success of the store's marketing efforts.
- Internal drive to meet goals and objectives while working independently.
- Ability to establish priorities to achieve pre-defined tasks and objectives.
- Team player with a collaborative personality as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The number one responsibility is developing the relationships with the customers.
You will be expected to:
- Set showroom appointments for our full line of automotive products.
- Proactively create opportunities with existing customers.
- Handle incoming calls, live chats, and emails.
- Answer questions and assist in the consumer's research process through multiple mediums in a consultative environment.
- Initiate high-level interactive business conversations with key decision makers.
- Create interest and build value in building rapport during calls.
- Assist dealership with content creation, digital opportunities, and online marketing efforts.
- Expand customer relationships that ensure renewal and increase business.
- Work to build relationships with email, phone, text and live chat communications.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
TRAINING
We have a successful phone handling, Internet, and chat process that you will be taught. Your training will help you to understand today's online shopper's wants and needs and better serve Wolf Motors' many loyal guests.
