desk-based sales support role. This is a great entry-level opportunity to break into the automotive industry. You'll work alongside our sales team, handling customer inquiries and helping guide guests through the early stages of their car-buying journey.

What You'll Do - Be the first point of contact for sales & service inquiries
- Answer inbound calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Respond to internet leads and schedule appointments (15+ follow-ups per hour)
- Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM system
What We're Looking For - Fluency in English required; bilingual ability (especially Spanish) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Prior customer service experience and a passion for helping people (Willing to train the right candidate)
- Calm, professional demeanor under pressure
- CRM experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
