Customer Care Representative
Hybrid/Onsite: Palmyra, WI
Shift: 9:30am - 6:00pm CST, Monday-Friday

We're currently seeking a Customer Care Representative who is passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service. If you're solution-oriented, detail-driven, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do

As a member of our Customer Care team, you'll be the helpful and knowledgeable point of contact for customers and potential customers. In this role, you will:

• Receive and process product and literature orders by phone and email
• Refer patients to Health Care Professionals within our network
• Answer basic product information questions and assist with website navigation
• Resolve customer issues including shipping delays, order errors, and missing packages
• Maintain accurate customer account records
• Support sales and marketing initiatives through product and literature promotions
• Transfer calls to internal teams or field sales representatives as needed
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide seamless service

What You Bring

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of customer service experience preferred
• Call center experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Experience with ERP systems is beneficial

Skills and Attributes

• Active listening and strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficient typing skills, including 10-key
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage sensitive customer interactions with tact and professionalism
• Reliability and punctuality in a team-based setting
