Responsibilities: - Represent us by taking calls, scheduling sales, & service appointments
- Provide vital tactical support to other departments of the company
- Strive to meet or exceed your metrics for converting leads into scheduled appointments, while also focusing on appointment retention.
- Provide each customer with a remarkable experience
Requirements: - Customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
- Exceptional telephone, communication, & interpersonal skills
- Strong voice & a good listener
- Proficiency in computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows & systems
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
