WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR CALL CENTER Your schedule is
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with some flexibility depending on business needs. You have an on-call schedule and attend office meetings on Thursdays at 7:00 am.
At our office, your role is to manage incoming phone calls, make outbound calls, and take on other duties as needed to ensure happy customers and smooth workdays. You follow our phone scripts as you speak with clients, answer their questions, and assist them however possible. If a client is unhappy, you document the problem and promptly resolve it.
As time passes, you gain valuable insights into the industry and develop new skills. You also make outbound phone calls to perform telemarketing duties, follow up with customers, and speak with referrals. A team player, you participate in meetings and pick up extra duties as needed. You're a critical part of our success.
