Position Scope: Provides support to Customers, Consumers and Sales Administration Team.
Position Responsibility:- Completes entry of sales orders received via phone, web, fax and e-mail.
- Types of sales orders include: customer orders, replacement orders, promotional orders, distributor orders and sample orders.
- Sales order follow up correspondence with Customers, Buyers and Key Account Managers.
- Releases orders for shipment from various system queues.
- Processes customer credits (call tags, refusals, pricing etc ).
- Researches and processes customer returns, working with Finance, Quality and Receiving as necessary.
- Handles customer inquiries to provide product info, pricing, shipping and any other customer service related information
- Handles customer complaints, ensure problems are resolved and proper follow-up occurs. Escalates complaints to management when necessary.
- Handles consumer calls providing information taken from general response guidelines.
- Assists Account Executives / Specialists with sales orders, product info, pricing and shipping.
- Reception coverage when necessary.
- Handles customer mailings.
- Completes new product tracking for Sales Management.

- Satisfactory completion of appropriate corporate training as related to the position and/or department.
- Assures compliance by following Food and Drug Administration's Good Manufacturing Practices as well as other regulatory standards as required by the department.
- Contributes to overall achievement by accomplishing related tasks and demonstrating characteristics that exemplify team building and support.

QUALIFICATIONS Experience and Skills:- 2 years experience in an administrative/customer service position
- Strong data entry experience required - alpha/numeric
- Detail oriented
- Strong computer experience a must: MS Office (e.g. Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent written communication
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills required
- Must be able to multi task
