Job Summary: The Customer Care Representative plays a vital role in supporting store management while performing tasks that include providing outstanding customer service, preparing food and beverages, cash handling, maintaining cleanliness, and more. Your goal is to ensure that every customer enjoys their experience at Wawa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and ensure they have an enjoyable shopping experience. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously. Engage customers effectively using proven service models.
- Relay customer needs and feedback to the management team.
- Handle cash register operations, including scanning items, accepting various payment methods, and managing cash levels responsibly.
- Follow regulations by verifying identification for restricted product sales like tobacco and alcohol.
- Restock merchandise and replenish items in key areas to maintain an organized store.
- Process fuel transactions and oversee activities at the fuel court, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Prepare made-to-order food and beverages following specified recipes and customer preferences.
- Keep food and beverage areas fully stocked, ensuring all items are fresh and available.
- Maintain cleanliness in food and service areas, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Consistently perform housekeeping tasks to uphold store cleanliness.
- Execute tasks assigned by management as needed.

- Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime when necessary.
- Must be at least 16 years of age and have reliable transportation.
- Wearing slip-resistant shoes is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications: - A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
The hourly pay range for this role is $15.50 - $19.25, based on experience and location. Team members working overnight will receive an additional $1.50 per hour.
