Your challenges
  • Provide order support via phone to all customers and the Eppendorf Sales Force for information such as;
    • delivery status
    • estimated ship dates
    • stock levels
    • shipping estimates
  • Document all inquiries accurately and promptly via CRM while providing thorough resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge for our product portfolio to ensure that all orders have been entered accurately and are accompanied by the appropriate accessories, services, and logistic requirements.
  • Develop knowledge of all order processing platforms to support positive outcomes for our customers.
  • Advise Sales Force on product configurations in cooperation with Technical Product Support team and Service organization.
  • Liaise with Sales force and customers to ensure proper order resolution, accurate quoting, correct logistical setup.
  • Document and manage all order-related complaints or inquires with appropriate documentation in the CRM such as;
    • Reports of defect or damage
    • Requests for return
    • Billing errors leading to credits or debits
  • Assigned to a TCT (Take Care Team) to support a specific sales zone, rep or region. This includes all aspects of sales support including pricing, quoting, handling of specific issues, as requested.
  • Understand and execute order processing via phone or other channels.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the quoting system, and effectively translate the information to order entry systems.
Your expertise
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; and one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, business periodicals, and government regulations.
  • Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office
