Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative located in Duluth, GA. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering support to clients through effective communication. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using office software and tools
- Previous experience in the veterinary or healthcare industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent education
