Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve or escalate customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Handle billing inquiries and assist with light collections.
  • Demonstrate strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Provide resolutions for gas and/or water service needs.
  • Manage parts inventory and ensure timely submission of paperwork.
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment preferred.
  • Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and phone skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Dependable with a stable work history.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and safety.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, squat, and twist occasionally.
  • Perform light lifting of supplies and materials.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Work using repetitive motion and adjust focus as needed.
Working Environment:
  • Regularly work in an office environment.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy setting.
  • Experience moderate noise levels and sensory demands due to computer use.
