Current opportunity: Customer Care Representative

Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Remote
Shift: Will need availability for weekend or evening
Salary: $15.87 per hour

What you will do:

The Customer Care representative position provides telephonic support in various areas of customer assistance. The representative will assist families in finding child/elder care resources and/or assist customers with their employer-based tuition assistance program. The representative will receive frequent inbound and make outbound phone calls throughout the workday.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails to provide timely and effective customer service.
  • Collect essential information from customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions or resources.
  • Keep clients informed about the next steps and provide timely updates on when they will receive further assistance from the team.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Address customer questions regarding benefits, services, or issues related to our online portal, ensuring clear and helpful communication.
  • Follow established matrices and protocols to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery in a timely matter.

Qualifications/Skills:

To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 year customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook)
  • Telephonic troubleshooting ability
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn various computer-based case management systems
  • Schedule flexibility - Shifts may include evenings and/or weekends. Partial holiday coverage will be required.
