Contracted services may include technical or non-technical customer support and transaction processing services.
Core Responsibilities - Manage substantial amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Receive/process payments by citizens that utilize the walk in payment center.
- Issue receipts, keep track, reconcile all cash, and check transactions made by citizens that utilize the walk in payment center.
What you bring to the role: - Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of situations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge - Basic computer knowledge.
- Applies basic operational processes or analytical skills to perform straightforward activities.
Skills - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills
Abilities - Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Ability to influence and lead individuals towards business goals.
