Job Summary:
Responsible for acting as a liaison between citizens and the Automated Photo Enforcement Programs. Provide day to day contracted services to external clients. Contracted services may include technical or non-technical customer support and transaction processing services.

Responsible for acting as a liaison between citizens and the Automated Photo Enforcement Programs. Provide day to day contracted services to external clients. Contracted services may include technical or non-technical customer support and transaction processing services.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage substantial amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Receive/process payments by citizens that utilize the walk in payment center.
  • Issue receipts, keep track, reconcile all cash, and check transactions made by citizens that utilize the walk in payment center.
What you bring to the role:
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
  • Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of situations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Applies basic operational processes or analytical skills to perform straightforward activities.
Skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills
Abilities
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
