The Opportunity

The Customer Care Representative will be the friendly voice behind our offerings to our growing customer base and become their trusted partner for the Animal Health line of products. The Rep will handle the customer experience with expertise and ensure the customer knows they've found the right help they need for their business.

What You'll Do:
  • Take and process phone orders
  • Utilize SAP and navigate the systems
  • Identify and resolve customer issues
  • Address customer inquiries & product support, and identify cross selling/upselling opportunities
  • Build sustainable relationships through stellar account management
  • Utilize online account management tools to document accurate info for future account reference
  • Resolve small billing issues and appropriately disburse adjustments in line with policy
  • Allocate inventory to customers if shortages exist
  • Function as the liaison between customers and internal processes including logistics

What You'll Bring:
  • Must reside in the Midwest United States . NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Knowledge of SAP, particularly the Order to Cash components. REQUIRED.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service capacity
  • Ability to work across departments with all levels of employees
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve problems, and make decisions
  • Must have a quiet workspace free of distractions
  • Must be able to pass a federal level background check and drug screen
  • BA/BS preferred
