What You'll Do- Respond to customer messages (chat / email / phone calls)
- Guide users through every step - from placing an order to connecting with a doctor
- Make sure each person feels truly cared for
- Work inside our CRM (GoHighLevel) and keep everything on track
- Be the calm, clear, and kind voice of Lifinity
What We're Looking For- Strong English
- Empathy, patience, and warm communication skills
- Ability to multitask across tools and tabs
- Attention to detail - precision matters in health
- Willingness to learn (we'll teach you everything you need to know)
Bonus If You Have- Experience in customer support or care roles
