Role Description (Hybrid work arrangement)

This is a direct hire, full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Professional located in Montvale, NJ. The Customer Care Professional will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively solving customer inquiries and issues. Daily tasks include answering customer calls, responding to emails, handling orders, and providing product information. The role requires maintaining a high level of communication and demonstrating strong analytical skills to address customer needs efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Support and Communication skills
  • Analytical Skills, experience using CRM: Salesforce or Hubspots
  • Proficiency with MS Excel functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
  • Hybrid work arrangement, on-site in Montvale, NJ 4 days a week
  • Previous experience in a customer care or support role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a relevant field are a plus
