To further expand our operations in the USA, we are looking for dedicated and service-oriented Customer Care Managers (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding our clients throughout their journey, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring an outstanding service experience across the US market.
Your Role at Elithair:
As a Customer Care Manager (m/f/d), you will be the main point of contact before and after the surgical procedure, ensuring that our patients feel well supported throughout the entire care process, especially during the aftercare phase. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing telephone and written support (via email, phone, WhatsApp) before and after the treatment
- Offering consultation and guidance to patients regarding questions, concerns, or complications
- Clarifying and coordinating individual requests in close collaboration with our medical team
- Documenting and tracking patient inquiries
- Identifying opportunities to improve our Customer Care processes
What you bring & Develop with Elithair:
- Ideally, you already have experience in customer care
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills
